Company Policies

Straight, no-nonsense terms for how we work with the owner-operators and carriers we dispatch.

These policies explain how UniSole Logistics provides dispatch services, how we charge, and what you can expect from us. By signing our dispatch agreement or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Dispatch Service Agreement

UniSole Logistics acts as a dispatch service on behalf of independent motor carriers. We locate available freight, negotiate rates, complete broker setups, and manage load paperwork on your behalf. We are not a broker, a carrier, or a factoring company, and we do not take possession of freight or funds.

Services begin once you complete onboarding and provide active MC/DOT authority, a certificate of insurance, and a signed W-9. A written dispatch agreement governs the full scope of our relationship.

2. No Forced Dispatch

You always approve a load before we book it. We do not assign, force, or commit you to any load without your consent. Your dispatcher works within your preferred lanes, home time, equipment, and rate goals, and you remain in full control of your truck at all times.

3. Pricing, Fees & Payment

Our dispatch fee is a simple percentage of the gross revenue on loads we book for you. Your exact rate is agreed in writing during onboarding and depends on your equipment and lanes.

  • No sign-up fees and no hidden charges.
  • Fees apply only to loads we source and book on your behalf.
  • Dispatch fees are invoiced on the agreed schedule and are due on receipt unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

4. Cancellation & Termination

We operate month to month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel our services at any time with written notice. Any dispatch fees earned on loads booked before cancellation remain payable. We reserve the right to end the relationship if authority or insurance lapses, or if the terms of the dispatch agreement are not met.

5. Broker Vetting & Load Confirmation

We screen broker credit and payment history and aim to book only with reputable, paying brokers. However, payment for completed loads is made by the broker or shipper directly to you or your factoring company. UniSole does not guarantee broker payment and is not responsible for non-payment, chargebacks, or disputes between you and a broker.

You are responsible for reviewing and signing each rate confirmation before hauling and for delivering freight in accordance with the load terms.

6. Communication & Support Hours

You will have a dedicated dispatcher reachable by phone, text, and email, with 24/7 support for issues that come up on the road. We ask that documents, load updates, and delivery confirmations be shared promptly so we can keep your truck moving without gaps.

7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We keep your business information, authority documents, and load details confidential and use them only to provide dispatch services. We do not sell your information. Details are shared with brokers, shippers, and factoring companies only as needed to book and complete your loads.

8. Limitation of Liability

UniSole Logistics provides dispatch and administrative support only. We are not liable for cargo claims, accidents, citations, detention, equipment failures, delivery delays, or any loss arising from your operation of your equipment. Compliance with FMCSA regulations, hours of service, and safe operation remains your responsibility as the carrier.

9. Changes to These Policies

We may update these policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
